Behind the Scenes: Our Journey at NEC Autumn Fair 2025 The Countdown Begins
It all started weeks before the Autumn Fair, with the Arya team buzzing about new collections, packing lists, and stand designs. There’s something about a big trade show that brings out both excitement and nerves—especially when you want everything to be perfect for your customers and fellow retailers.
Packing Up and Heading Out
The night before the event, our warehouse was a whirlwind of activity. We double-checked stock, boxed up our bestsellers, and made sure every display prop (and the all-important Nespresso machine) was packed. Early the next morning, we loaded up the van and set off for the NEC Birmingham—fueled by coffee and anticipation.
Arriving at the venue, we got our first look at Stand 7E71. Empty at first, but full of potential! Unpacking is always a bit chaotic—boxes everywhere, last-minute checks, and a few misplaced labels—but by mid-morning, our jewellery displays were taking shape. We focused on making everything easy to browse, with trending pieces front and center and plenty of space for visitors to chat and explore.
The Final Touches
Once the jewellery was out, it was time for the details: arranging signage, setting up our point-of-sale system, and of course, plugging in that trusty coffee machine. We even had a quick team huddle to run through the plan for the day—and maybe snap a few behind-the-scenes photos for Instagram!
